Sister is a sleek, sophisticated two-story house that is simple yet chic. Her purist interior consists of polished concrete floors, white marble countertops and grey volcanic stone tile. The same simple yet elegant monochromatic color scheme is repeated throughout and carried out to the exterior. The entire front facade of the house is presented in a delicate white offset recycled content brick tile that is trimmed in grey. The bi-level main floor is 1,680 SF, and the second floor is 1,680 SF. Sister also has a two-car garage and a 1,104 SF basement with a theater and wine cellar.
